Dear customer, for in-stock orders, we will arrange shipment within seven days after payment!

There may be color differences between the product images (due to filter effects) and the actual item. As the personal assembly finished product is shipped in a packaged form, vulnerable parts will be removed for packing. It is normal for some parts to fall off during transportation. After signing for the package, please reinstall the parts with simple assembly steps.

1. Product Nature and Imperfections
All models are handcrafted, unique, and feature distinctive craftsmanship.Natural imperfections may include:
Glue marks Slight paint unevenness Minimal component wear
These are not defects but inherent characteristics of handmade products.
2. No-Reason Return PolicyReturns for non-quality issues are not allowed after delivery confirmation, except for:
Severe damage (broken parts, deformed frame) Functional failures (stuck joints, unstable assembly)
Both must be caused by shipping damage.
3. Inspection and Rejection Instructions Before Signing for Delivery
Check the packaging for:
▫ Damaged, crushed, or opened outer boxes → Reject immediately.
▫ Visible model cracks/damage through the packaging → Contact us within 24 hours with photos/videos.
After signing for delivery:
Returns for personal preference, color discrepancy, or minor imperfections (as listed above) will not be accepted.
4. Key Reminder
Signing for delivery confirms that you have inspected and accepted the model’s condition (excluding unforeseeable shipping damage).
